Choose the right appointment for you.
If you're not sure whether you need an initial assessment or a follow-up, start with an initial appointment · it gives us the time to properly evaluate what's happening and build a plan. Follow-up appointments are for returning patients continuing an existing treatment programme.

Private health insurance
I am recognised by most major private health insurers. AXA patients are seen exclusively through Complete Physio and cannot be treated at Kaizen locations.
Before your first appointment, please contact your insurer to confirm that your policy covers hand therapy and whether pre-authorisation is required. Most insurers will also require a referral letter from your GP or consultant, which should be brought to your initial appointment.
Cancellation policy
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may be charged in full.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and will always aim to be fair and flexible where appropriate.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of your appointment and will be processed through Jen Parr Hand Therapy, Complete Physio, or Kaizen Physiotherapy, depending on the location of your treatment.
Payment can be made by bank transfer, and most major private health insurance policies are accepted where cover and authorisation have been confirmed in advance.
If you have any questions regarding fees, insurance cover, or payment arrangements, please get in touch before your appointment.
"If you're unsure which appointment type is right for you, just get in touch. I'm happy to advise before you book."
Get in TouchReady when you are.
Whether you're coming from a surgical referral or reaching out directly, booking a first appointment is the best place to start.
